Your Allsorter subscription includes free-of-charge Full Reformat or Preserve Original Templates as listed in the order form/quote.
Any additional templates will be charged in full according to the rates shared by our Sales Executive. Please get in touch with them for more details.
4-Week Grace Period
Our wonderful Customer Success team will work closely with you to set up your template(s) according to the sample(s) sent by you. We will arrange a template consultation call with your designated contact person to ensure that you are happy with all the details.
Once you and your team are onboarded, you can fully utilise the platform and request any edits to your template(s) completely free of charge for the subsequent 4-week period. Please make sure you and your team are fully satisfied with the template before this grace period ends and the template is locked down.
Post-Grace Period Charges
You will be charged beyond this for any amendments based on the level of effort required by the CS team, which varies from template to template, and also depends on the number of changes required and the complexity of the templates. The CS team will get the charges, if any, approved by you before making any changes.

Beyond the grace period,
Level 1 Changes like a logo change, colour change, font change or address change for one template may not be charged
Level 2 Changes like a section change or spacing adjustment will be charged our Median Service Fees*
Level 3 Changes will be charged our Professional Services Fees*
