Owen Senior, Chief Product and Technology Officer, JobAdder

Owen has been working in the tech industry since 1995 and was involved in the pivot to SaaS from the early 2000s in the education sector in the UK. He came to Australia in 2011 to lead and grow WiseTech Global’s global engineering division – innovating in the global supply chain. In 2016 he moved to lead product strategy and engineering at Ansarada– innovating in the investment banking & government tender management sectors – with a focus on using Artificial intelligence to help deals. This year in July he joined recruitment platform JobAdder to drive innovation in the recruitment and digital disruption in hr space – heading the product and technology teams there.

Simon Elkinson, Founder, Picadilly One

An ex-professional rugby player and coach, Simon now enjoys being a technology recruiter based in London. In 2017 he launched his own IT recruitment business, Piccadilly One. Previously he built and managed high performing teams at a global recruitment business and launched a successful Technology practice at an executive search firm.

Former FD at UK PLCs: GSK and G4S, leading in challenging times during the banking crisis of 2008 and subsequent recession.

Commenced Allsorter.com as a project in 2015 to generate business insights from 1,000’s of employee and candidate data realising the tools available in the market were inadequate. G4S as a case in point; being the 2nd largest private sector employer in the world behind Walmart, used spreadsheets of people in Excel for L&D and shortlisting for roles.

Full–time CEO since 2018; launched with private investment in 2019 and now scaling up significantly in 2020. Growing 500% YOY and ready for Series A next year.
